I believe community is the greatest asset a company can build.
The connection and the energy are already there. My job is helping founders unlock it, and turn it into something their product and their people can stand on.
A community is co-built with the people in it, never built for them. I work alongside the leaders and members who live in it every day, because they know things no dashboard will ever tell you. The data tells me where to look. The people tell me what it means.
Every recommendation is grounded in real benchmarks, engagement rate, activation windows, retention curves, contribution distribution, not guesswork or gut feel. It's what the Community Vitals assessment is built on, and it carries through every audit and engagement.

Community Manager at Lovable, where I built and scaled the Discord community from 53,000 to over 170,000+ members in under a year, taking it from a single support channel into an active, self-sustaining community.
SheBuilds
Co-created and led SheBuilds on Lovable, a program supporting women builders on the platform, designing onboarding, engagement, and recognition that drove adoption among a historically underrepresented segment of users.
Belonging first
Background in counseling and systems work prior to tech, real, hands-on understanding of what creates a genuine sense of belonging, and how that feeling is what actually earns someone's loyalty to a community or product.
